Description	This is an estate sale with over 300 items to choose from. There is a 19th century Illinois Atlas, antiques, some clothing items, household items, a ton of blankets/comforters/quilts, and even some garage items. There is a lot more with more to come. Terms and Conditions

All sales are final once the auction closes. All items, paid for or not, must be picked up during pick up dates/times, unless other arrangements are made by phone/email. All items not picked up after 15 days, without contacting us for arrangements, will become Lincoln Auctions' property and placed back on upcoming auctions. Make sure you contact us for arrangements, to avoid losing your items, if our specific pick up dates/times do not work out for you. Shipping is another option, on most items, by request through email only.

Payment Terms	We accept cash, check, or debit/credit cards. We do not have access to saved card info through HiBid. We will send a seperate invoice from square with a secure link to give you the option to pay online. Payments are due before or on pick up days. There will be a 15% buyers' premium added to all invoices.

Shipping / Pick Up

Shipping is available on most items by request via email or phone. Shipping will be determined and a seperate invoice will be sent. All shipping is through USPS, unless you send us a different shipping label. Pick up will be 9/29/20 10am(CST)-4pm(CST) and 9/30/20 3pm(CST)-7pm(CST), unless other arrangements have been made. **Pick up address will be on invoice**
