Auction Terms & Conditions * All bids are final. All sales are final, no refunds. * All items are sold as is where is no exceptions. No warranties expressed or implied and all sales are final. * All descriptions are believed to be accurate, inspection of items is encouraged. If you have any question please contact us. * A 10% buyers premium will be added to every item sold. * There will be a 3.5% credit card fee on all transactions using a credit card, we will run your credit card on file with Hibid after the auction unless other arrangements have been made with Lane Auction Company. * All items are to be picked up during normal pick up times designated by each auction. Items that are not picked will be shipped at the buyers expense and charged to the card on file with Hibid. You will be notified by email the shipping costs, if you decline shipping or do not respond to email by close of business the Thursday following the sale then items not picked up or shippednwill be subject to forfeiture with no refund. Items will be resold, disposed of, or donated. We are an auction house, not a storage facility. * No items will be picked up until all items are paid for in full. * It is the bidders responsibility to ensure they are able to remove items. * Cash is accepted on day of pick up but prior arrangements must be made, checks are accepted but must clear our bank before items are to leave our warehouse. * We offer shipping through FEDEX and UPS. We are not responsible for freight costs, that is the buyers responsibility. If you believe shipping is too high, you are more than happy to provide a shipping label for us. * All of our auctions have a soft close. * Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal or shipping of items purchased. * While descriptions are believed to be accurate, the auctioneer nor seller make any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. Lane Auction Company shall not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. * Any Announcements made on day of sale supersede all printed material. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bid of anyone who is not a registered bidder. Internet bidders be aware that due to the nature of the internet, delays in transmission could result in the auctioneer failing to recognize your bid.
