All items are sold is AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO exception with no warranty expressed or implied & all sales are FINAL! All payments will be processed following the end of sale with credit card on file with Hibid. This is the only form of payment that will be accepted! A 8% buyers premium will be added to all items sold. A 3.5% credit card fee will be charged on all transactions using a credit card. Sales tax of 8.5% will also be charged & collected for all purchases per Illinois state law. This means whatever your bid is, 20% will be added to your overall invoice to cover Buyer's premium, credit card fee, & sales tax for all items purchased. No items will be picked up until payment in full is made. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they are able to remove all purchased items on specified pickup days & times!! Please bring own packing materials & help to load & secure your own purchases. (forklift will be available for heavier items) All of our sales have a soft close. Purchaser hereby indemnifies & holds harmless Central Illinois Trading Company from any & all damages, claims, & liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by removal of items purchased.
