Auction Terms & Conditions Bidding starts 3/2/2021at 7:00PM CST PREVIEW: 3/22/2021 at the Bond County Fairgrounds Community Building from 4-6 pm Bidding Ends 3/25/2021 with soft close beginning at 7:00PM CST PICK UP: 3/26/2021 from 4-7 pm at Bond County Fairgrounds, 608 Ridge Ave., Greenville (Community Bldg) The Credit Card on file will be charged at pick up or the close of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made. A 4% surcharge will be added to the amount of the purchase and will be charged to your credit card upon settlement of purchases along with a 10% buyers premium immediately following the close of the auction. Buyers who wish to pay in cash or by check (Prior arangements need to be made before auction closes OR by adding to your notes at the registration of this sale) upon pickup will have no surcharge but will still be charged a 10% buyers premium.
