WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM (CST) on Thursday, March 25, 2021. The first item will begin to close at 6:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 25 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 1 minutes of the lot closing. **Some items may be part of a Closing Group. If any lot in this group has its bidding extended at the end of the auction, all of the other lots in this group will have their bidding extended allowing bidders to jump back and forth In the event a winning bidder does not pick up their items on the advertised pickup dates or made arrangements for payment by the end of the last pick up day, the auction company has the right to sell the items to a back up bidder if they choose. Additionally, the Auction company may at their discretion permanently ban the non-paying bidder from doing business with Langham Auctioneers, in all future auctions as well as leave negative feedback about the buyer to other auctioneers that use the HiBid auction platform. CATALOG DISPREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. Langham Auctioneers WILL NOT offer shipping on larger items for this auction. You must pick up items yourself or send your own shipper after payment has been made. SHIPPING: Langham Auctioneers, LLC will ship smaller items AT BUYER'S EXPENSE via USPS flat rate boxes only. Please check USPS website for size of boxes. We WILL NOT SHIP large/heavy furniture, equipment, appliances, glassware or tools. If you have any questions about whether we ship an item please contact us BEFORE YOU BID! Shipping will be charged to buyer at actual cost plus a $10 per box handling and packing fee.
