If you are tax exempt, AND/ OR the purchase is considered farm equipment used in the production of agricultural. IF QUALIFIED you can submit your tax-exempt certificate to prevent the collection of sales taxes. IF QUALIFIED please request tax exemption certificate from office at the time of checkout at every transaction. 4. You must be eighteen years old or older to register. In order to bid at this auction you will need to register and create a user name and password. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for any and all activity involving their account. Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Bidding rights are provisional and if identity verification is questionalbe, Canning Auctions LLC has the right to reject the registration and bidding activity will be terminated. You agree that all the information you provide during the registration process will be true and accurate. All bidders will incur a $1.00 charge to their credit card for auction registration/bidder verification. This will appear on your final billing. All Internet Bidders shall be registered prior to Auction Start Time 5.This auction is a soft close auction which means that it starts to close at the time stated, however it is a staggered close meaning the entire auction does not close out at the time stated. If it is set to close at 6:00 p.m. the first lot may not close if someone has placed a bid last minute, then this item will stay open for 2 more minutes while maybe other items are closing. 6.
