Auction Terms & Conditions AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS All of our items are sold "AS IS - WHERE IS" with no guarantees expressed or implied of any kind. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over written material. The auction will be running from 6/3/2021 through 6/22/2021. Items will begin to end at 5pm (Central) on the 6th. An item will end every 30 seconds. If an item is bid on within five minutes of it ending, bidding will be extended 2 minutes for that item. By bidding, you are agreeing that you have read and accept all of our terms and conditions expressed and implied, and are entering a legal and binding contract. You must be 18 years of age or older to bid in this auction. As in all of our auctions, auction personnel will be allowed to bid and pay for their purchases. Keep in mind, all of the items in our auctions are in used condition unless otherwise stated. We have described these items to the best of our ability. Expect some wear, scratches, dents, dings, and damage that cannot be seen in our pictures, so BUYER BEWARE and use your best judgement. All measurements listed are approximate. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Payments will be made to JanesB3 Auctions. We will accept payment through VISA, Mastercard, wire transfer, cash. PayPal is not an accepted form of payment PERIOD. The Bidder grants JanesB3 Auction Service a standing authorization to charge the Bidder's credit card for any and all costs, fees, buyer's premiums and storage disposal fees, as well as for any other costs, charges, and/or fees incurred. Pick Up Dates: June 24, 2021 or by appointment, location will be disclosed at the end of the auction and emailed to all winners/high bidders. Pick up will be from 1p - 6p cst , if you cannot make this time, you will need to schedule an appointment that aligns with good business practises for JanesB3 Pick Up Location: TBD at the end of the auction The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will decide the buyer or immediately put the item back up for sale again. The record of sale, kept by the auctioneer and clerk, will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes. JanesB3 Auction Service reserves the right to end, stop, or cancel the auction at any time if necessary. JanesB3 Auction Service and its employees are not responsible for accidents. Seller and Auctioneer cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means, therefore they cannot guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service as the website could be interfered with by means out of their control.
