Auctioneers Terms and Conditions If you want to bid in this online auction, you must first read these Terms and Conditions. By placing a bid, you agree and acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms and conditions along with your rights and responsibilities as a bidder. The terms are binding by all parties. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. All equipment listed will be available for public inspection two weeks prior to auction day Saturday March 6th.(Please keep in mind we add equipment daily up til the Wednesday prior to the day of the auction. Canning Auction Service may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Canning Auction Service be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Canning Auction Service will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold "as is" and that they may not return any item they purchase. BIDDING: LIVE OR ONLINE LIVE ONSITE BIDDING WILL BE ACCEPTED BUT WE DO NOT REQUIRE CUSTOMERS BE ON PROPERTY TO BID, Canning Auctions OFFERS SEVERAL ALTERNATIVES, LISTED BELOW Due to covid 19 we ask our customers to follow the current guidlines put into place by the CDC. We encourage our customers to practice social distancing while on premise . Stay at least 6 feet a part about 2 arm length from other people. Also on the day of the auction our office will be closed as we will be working out of the onsite office trailer Online Method is HiBid: -you can watch it live, actively bid live, or upon registering place Prebid's and the software will do the bidding for you up to your max. The bidder can register to bid at Hibid through our website at www.canningauctions.com , Please do not let internet bidding deter you from buying equipment Canning Auctions employees would be more than happy to help with the registration process or to take a paper absentee bid. All Internet Bidders shall be registered prior to Auction Start Time, all online platforms give the bidder the capability of actively bidding or set your max bids. Please contact the office at 618-684-2331 and speak to Erin with any issues getting signed up for online bidding. Canning Auction Service is providing Internet bidding as a service to any and all Bidders. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Canning Auction Service or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Canning Auction Service will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. ABSENTEE: We are also able to do bidding via phone PRIOR TO AUCTION DAY. Come view the equipment before 5pm on Friday March 5th and leave us the lot #, a starting bid and a maximum bid, an employee will be doing the bidding for you on the day of the Auction. We cannot have phone bids during the auction. REGARDLESS OF PLATFORM: You must be eighteen years old or older to register. In order to bid at this auction, you will need to register and create a user name and password. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for any and all activity involving their account. Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Bidding rights are provisional and if identity verification is questionable, Canning Auctions LLC has the right to reject the registration and bidding activity will be terminated. You agree that all the information you provide during the registration process will be true and accurate. Canning Auctions LLC reserve the right to preclude any person from bidding if there is any question as to the person's credentials, mental fitness, etc... NOTE: Regardless of the platform that is used to bid online 3% Buyers premium will be added to the hammer price. All internet bidders will incur a $1.00 charge to their credit card for auction registration/bidder verification. This will appear on your final billing. An invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction. PAYMENT: ALL BUYERS must make payment in FULL NO LATER THAN 5PM WEDNESDAY March 10th. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, check with proper ID, cashier's check, wire transfer, or credit card. Credit cards will have an additional 3% charge. ALL PURCHASESE will have local Tax of 7.25% added effective 01/01/2021. IF YOUR PURCHASE IS QUALIFIED for exemptions please discuss that at the time of check out with the office staff. ALL SELLERS: Due to the specifics of this Auction seller proceeds will be mailed out NO LATER THAN Friday March 19th. PICKUP & LOADING - WE HAVE LOADERS DURNING OPERATIONG HOURS. Canning auctions is glad to assit with load out following the auction tilL dark. NO LOAD OUT ON SUNDAY MARCH 7th. Loading will also be available Monday the 8th through Friday the 12th 9-5 or by appointment the weeks following the Auction. If you cannot make these times please call 618-684-2331 to make arrangements. Buyers will be required to have a paid receipt before loading. Titles will be mailed to the buyer no sooner than 10 business days after receipt of payment unless prior arrangements have been made. Shipping is responsibility of the purchasers, Canning auction does not offer shipping of equipment.

Harman Auction will be conducting the online auction of the Woods Valley Farm equipment and maintenance equipment. Bidding opens Wednesday, February 10 @ 12pm and begins to close Wednesday, March 10 @ 12pm (CST). Woods Valley Farm has for many years been a wonderful recreational farm that has hosted many private hunts and has also been a peaceful place for the Woods family to enjoy their time. Through the years all equipment has been maintained by a full time caretaker and many items have records showing all maintenance. After the passing of the owner John R Woods and the sale of the Real Estate last fall, the family has decided to liquidate the equipment and all things related to maintaining the farm. This auction also offers a warehouse full of pallet racking that was stocked with plastic crates of hardware, metal stock, lumber, etc. These crates will be offered individually at online auction. We will also be selling a metal lathe and mill, woodworking equipment, shop items and more. BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price for all purchases made. **NOTE** The three John Deere tractors have a 5% buyer’s premium (noted on the individual lot) PREVIEW day is Saturday March 6th, 2021 from 11:00 am till 3:00 pm. Auction closes (soft close) Wednesday March 10th, 2021 (CST). ITEM PICK UP will be Saturday March 13th from 10:00 am till 4:00 pm. Please make arrangements to provide your own equipment for the pick up of your items. PLEASE NOTE**The two fork trucks and John Deere 5520 will not be available for pickup until the following Saturday, March 20, 2021. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 12:00 PM (CST) on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. The first item will begin to close at 12:00 PM Central time and an item will close every 30 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 60 seconds whenever a bid is placed within the last minute of the lot closing. **Some items may be part of a Closing Group. If any lot in this group has its bidding extended at the end of the auction, all of the other lots in this group will have their bidding extended allowing bidders to jump back and forth.**
